Welcome Suncoast Lakes neighbors! If this is your first visit please click the above "Register" and complete the information requested. If you are a homeowner, your membership will be approved and you will be emailed login information. All homeowner information is private, password protected, and will not be shared outside of our community. In addition, if you wish to receive emails from the Association, you must complete the attached Suncoast Lakes Electronic Disclosure Authorization Form and return to Star Hospitality Management as instructed.
Who We Are
Suncoast Lakes is a gated community in Charlotte County, Florida, just 25 miles north of Fort Myers. Conveniently located near I-75 and Kings Highway, with easy access to Sarasota, Fort Myers, Punta Gorda and North Port, this extraordinary community is close to medical facilities, entertainment, dining, health clubs, and shopping. Homeowners of Suncoast Lakes are only one to two miles from large stores such as Publix, Winn-Dixie, and Wal-Mart, yet the Suncoast Lakes community has the privacy and seclusion homeowners love. Many homes have lakeside views, and Suncoast Lakes amenities include a large, beautiful lakeside pool and cabana, a community park and picnic area, sidewalks, streetlights, and private streets with beautiful landscaping.
