Conveniently located near I-75 and Kings Highway, with easy access to Sarasota, Fort Myers, Punta Gorda and North Port, this extraordinary community is close to medical facilities, entertainment, dining, health clubs and shopping. Homeowners of Suncoast Lakes are only one to two miles from large stores like Publix, Winn-Dixie, and Wal-Mart, yet the Suncoast Lakes community has the privacy and seclusion homeowners love. Many homes have lakeside views and Suncoast Lakes amenities include a large, beautiful lakeside pool and cabana, a community park and playground, street lights, and private streets with beautiful landscaping. The community appeals to families and active adults. Children attend Kingsway Elementary School, Port Charlotte Middle School and Charlotte High School.

The community has a modest annual homeowner association fee that includes public reclaimed irrigation water, cable television and underground utilities. Suncoast Lakes homes are moderately priced, ranging from 1,400 to 2,400 square feet in size, with two bedroom, three bedroom and four bedroom single-family homes. Suncoast Lakes homes include many upgrades and stylish appointments like professional landscaping, exterior coach lighting, walk-in closets, luxurious baths, and hand-set ceramic tile.
